A program, not a service call

Dedicated technicians on your yard

Your fleet generates enough wrench time to keep a technician busy every day. What it doesn't have is the technician. Hiring one is slow, keeping one is harder, and every deferred PM in the meantime is a breakdown with a start date. We staff the yard so you don't have to.

We run dedicated on-yard technicians for national carriers across the Southeast. Same model works for a single yard or twenty.

References from fleets your size, on request. We'll let the work speak and keep our customers' names out of it, yours included.

The model

Not a rotating cast of strangers with a clipboard. One arrangement, three parts.

01 · Assigned

Your yard, their beat

A technician assigned to your yard, not dispatched to it. They know your units by number, which tractor drinks coolant, and which trailer's gate acts up in the rain.

02 · Scheduled

Your schedule, not ours

Work happens when the trucks are parked: nights, weekends, between shifts. PMs and repairs get planned around your dispatch board, so uptime stops being a negotiation.

03 · Embedded

An extension of your team

They work your priority list, flag what's coming due, and talk to your shop or ops lead like a coworker, because functionally that's what they are. Backed by the Greer shop when a job outgrows the yard.

What you hand off

What a fleet manager stops carrying

Setting up the program means moving a pile of recurring work off your desk onto ours. The pile, specifically:

PM scheduling by unit and interval, tracked and done on time
DOT annual inspections and the records behind them
Brake, tire, and light work as it comes due, not after a violation
Triage: what gets fixed on the yard, what goes to a shop, what waits
Parts stocking matched to your spec and your failure history
Service records per unit, audit-ready, without chasing paper

What stays yours: dispatch, drivers, and the final say on every dollar. We bring the wrench and the plan. You keep the wheel.

How it starts

No contract lands before we've seen the yard. We walk it with you, look at the fleet list and duty cycle, and give you a read on what a technician's week there looks like. If the math doesn't support a dedicated tech, we'll tell you that too and point you at on-call mobile repair instead.

From there it's a cadence and a start date. One yard first is a fine way to prove it.

One yard or twenty.

Tell us what's in the fleet and where it sits. You'll get a read on whether the program fits, and references from fleets your size.
