We're a small heavy-duty shop that lives on diagnostics and backed work. If you'd rather find the actual problem than throw parts at it until the light goes out, keep reading.
What it's like in the bays
A working heavy-duty shop, stocked service trucks, and no service-chain script. The straight version, same as we'd give a customer:
The work
Late-model fleet trucks and owner-operator rigs. Engine, aftertreatment, electrical, driveline, and PMs. A real mix: you won't do brake jobs for a year straight.
Comebacks
If a job comes back, we tear down what went wrong together and eat it as a shop. Nobody gets buried for a miss. Hiding one is a different conversation.
Diagnosis counts
The estimate is built on your diagnosis, so your diagnosis gets time and tooling, not a flat-rate stopwatch. Finding it right is the job, not the obstacle to the job.
The hours
Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. Nights and weekends are yours. After-hours calls exist, but they're by arrangement and paid like it.
