What we come out for
If it keeps a truck from rolling and doesn't need a lift, it's probably a mobile call. The short list we run most weeks:
- No-start and no-crank calls, batteries, starters, and charging
- Air leaks, trucks that won't build pressure, chambers and valves
- Brake work: shoes, drums, slack adjusters, set to spec on site
- Derates and aftertreatment faults, scanned at the truck
- Coolant leaks, hoses, and belts
- Electrical faults, lighting, and wiring
- Trailer calls: lights, air, doors, and lift gates
Some jobs belong in the bay, and we'll say so on the phone, not after two hours in your yard. If it needs to come in, we help you plan the tow to our shop, and you know the plan before the hook shows up.
What we carry on the truck
An empty service truck is just an expensive taxi. Ours are stocked against the calls above:
- The full scan setup, same as the bay in Greer
- Air system fittings, valves, and common chambers
- Batteries, cables, and charging parts
- Belts, hoses, coolant, and fluids
- The sensors behind most derates we see
- Lighting, wiring, and connectors down to the pigtail
What isn't on the truck is usually a parts run away, and Greer is close. Either way you hear it when you call, before we roll, not when the hood is up.
How to reach us
One number, and it's the shop's: 864-982-1150. Weekdays it rings the counter. After hours, by arrangement, it rings a technician. Tell us what the truck is doing, where it sits, and the unit number if you have it. That call is where the diagnosis starts.
Fleets that expect to call more than once should ask about dedicated on-yard technicians. If the same yard keeps generating the same calls, a standing technician is the cheaper answer.
